The program is created by the Italian programmer Rejetto. A symbol of the program is Ratman - the hero of popular Italian comics (look at Ratman). Appearance of the hero and a recognition of users which it has received for the convenient, adjusted interface and many different settings - completely justifies such name.

Unfortunately after at present Rejetto has refused the further support &RQ. The project updated very slowly, despite of support of huge number of users. It is planned to unit efforts of users above the further development. The given site will be devoted to this!
